(Nasdaq: ALOY) (“REalloys” or the “Company”), a U.S.-based mine-to-magnet rare earth company, today announced the closing of its previously announced private placement for the purchase and sale of an aggregate of 7,017,540 shares of common stock at a purchase price of $14.25 per share, resulting in aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $100 million, before deducting placement agent fees and estimated offering expenses.
